Frequently asked
Do you hold my passport as a deposit?+
Never. The deposit is a refundable hold (standard Rp 1.000.000, $70 on USD bookings) released automatically after a clean return. Choose Protection Plus and the deposit is waived entirely.
What licence do I need?+
An Indonesian SIM C, or your home licence + an International Driving Permit (IDP) with motorcycle class. Without a valid licence you can still book, but you must accept a risk statement: protection is void, full liability is yours, and the owner may refuse handover without refund.
How much is delivery?+
The fee is computed from the nearest vendor to where you stay and shown in the price before you pay - rentals of 3+ days include free delivery and collection. No surprises at the door.
What if I cancel?+
At most rentals here, cancelling means losing your money. Not with us: more than 48h before delivery you get a full refund (minus the payment fee, no admin fee), 24-48h is 50%, under 24h no refund. If the owner cancels, you always get 100% back.
Can I change my dates for free?+
Yes. Open your booking page and pick Change dates - free, same duration and price, up to 24 hours before pickup.
What if the bike breaks down?+
Message us on WhatsApp and the vendor comes to fix it on the spot or swaps it for an equal or better unit, free of charge, as long as the fault is not caused by misuse.
Is there insurance?+
We offer optional protection (a damage waiver) that caps what you pay, with an own-risk amount - Basic at Rp 15.000/day (Rp 3.000.000 cap) or Plus at Rp 30.000/day (Rp 10.000.000 cap, incl. flat tyres & towing). Theft and loss are not covered by any plan - always use the steering lock and official parking. It is not an insurance product.
What if I change hotels?+
Moving within the same area: just return at the new address. Moving far: end this rental and book a new delivery.
How is the bike’s condition proven?+
An 8-point photo handover before and after the rental, signed by both sides, with a copy emailed to you. Disputes are settled by comparing photos - and without pickup photos, the ruling goes to the renter.
