Our service

AyoRental is a scooter rental marketplace for Bali and Lombok operated by PT Setiawan Solusi Digital, Jakarta. The nearest vendor delivers the bike to where you stay and collects it in the same area. The rental contract is between the vendor and the renter; the platform facilitates booking, payment, and documentation.
The price shown before you pay is final, including delivery and collection. Rentals of 3 days or more include free delivery.
Replacement guarantee: if the bike develops a fault that is not your doing, the vendor fixes it on the spot or swaps it for an equal or better unit, at no extra cost.

Pay in full upfront: no service fee.
Pay a 30% deposit: the rest is due at handover, with a service fee shown before you pay.
The standard security deposit is Rp 1.000.000 ($70 on USD-billed bookings), released automatically within 24 hours of a clean return. Your passport or physical ID is never taken as security.
Choose Protection Plus and the security deposit is waived entirely (except on high-risk bookings).

Most rentals in Bali and Lombok keep your money when you cancel. We refund it, with no refund administration fee.
Just need to shift the dates? Reschedule for free (same duration, same price) from your booking page, up to 24 hours before pickup.
More than 48 hours before delivery: full refund minus the payment gateway fee.
Between 24 and 48 hours: 50% refund.
Under 24 hours or no-show: no refund.
Add Flexible cancellation at checkout and the ladder above no longer applies: cancel any time before pickup with a full refund, only the add-on price is kept.
If the vendor cancels: you always receive a 100% refund.

Riders must be between 18 and 70 years old.
You must hold an Indonesian SIM C, or your home licence plus an International Driving Permit (IDP) with motorcycle class.
Without a valid licence you can still book, but you must accept a risk statement: protection is void, full liability is yours, and the vendor may refuse handover without refund.
Two helmets and rain coats are included. Ride with your helmet on, it is the law in Indonesia.

Our protection is a damage waiver that caps your liability with an own-risk amount. It is not an insurance product.
Basic at Rp 15.000/day with a Rp 3.000.000 cap. Plus at Rp 30.000/day with a Rp 10.000.000 cap, including flat tyres and towing.
Theft and loss are not covered by any plan and are fully the renter's responsibility. Always use the steering lock, park in official areas, and report theft to the police within 24 hours.

The bike condition is recorded with an 8-point photo handover before and after the rental, agreed by both sides, with a copy emailed to you.
Damage disputes are settled by comparing photos. Without pickup photos, the ruling goes to the renter.
Return the bike with the same fuel level as received.

Use the bike normally and legally, on public roads of Bali or Lombok as listed.
Moving within the same area: return at the new address. Moving far: end the rental and book a fresh delivery.
Late returns: a 120-minute grace period applies, then Rp 25.000 per hour. More than 24 hours late without notice may be reported as embezzlement.
